hIPAF, or The International Powered Access Federation, is a programme that gives people the chance to train to operate specialist equipment required to work at height.

IPAF Training with NEAT provides individuals with the opportunity to enter into their desired job role, all the while staying safe as they carry out their daily workload. The training itself enables employees to operate various platforms safely whilst being able to recognise any potential dangers.

It goes without saying that this training programme has played a vital role in industries that require employees to work at height. So, really, it comes as no surprise that other locations around the world are starting to benefit from this training course.

According to Vertikal, China is the latest state to introduce this training, with a fully equipped IPAF office. This will be led by Bai Ri, who previously worked as the Vice Technical Director of JCMI (Beijing JingCheng Heavy Industry).

The courses will be available in both Chinese and English, as will training materials. Haulotte will play resident to the first ever training centre, and two trainers have already been recruited; William Fu Wei Guo and Allen Quyong Wang Zi.

Alexandre Saubot, Chief Operating Officer of Haulotte, commented: “We are really proud of this appointment. For many years, Haulotte and IPAF have worked closely to promote safety all around the world. This new step in China will increase the awareness of all the actors of our working sector and will allow us to meet our customer’s requirements perfectly.”

Now this training is available in China, it will enable businesses in the industry to flourish and new companies to enter the sector with fully trained staff and essential materials. This will allow them to carry out the job in a safe yet timely manner.

This exciting new development may also mean we hear a lot more about China’s progression and new structures finally made possible by IPAF training.

Whilst this is all exciting news, we must remember that this training isn’t just limited to overseas. IPAF Training is available all around the UK, including Newcastle and Tyne and Wear. We here at North East Access Training want to give everybody an equal opportunity to achieve their dream job of working at height.

We have a number of facilities to choose from to cater for people from all different locations. We also keep our prices reasonable and offer related services for more specific needs.
