IPAF and PASMA Training Courses

With over 35 years’ experience, we are well placed to provide first class training to anyone that needs a qualification for working at heights.

Having recently relocated to Birtley in County Durham, we now have a more central location within easy reach from Newcastle, Gateshed, Tyneside, Washington, Sunderland, Tyne & Wear, Peterlee and Teesside. Our IPAF training is conveniently located which makes it easy for direct access from all major road networks.

Recently refurbished premises boast 6000sq ft. internal area to ensure training is not disrupted by poor weather conditions. We also have a 15,000sq ft. external area which enables us to run up to 3 courses on the same day to satisfy customer demand. We concentrate on access, covering all IPAF Training categories and PASMA Scaffold training. We train when you want not when we want and there is no minimum number of delegates.

IPAF training Newcastle can be held at our Birtley facility or it can be anywhere in the UK because we have an incredibly convenient IPAF training network. When your operatives are IPAF Trained they will be issued with their PAL Card which is recognised internationally as proof of the highest quality training for platform operators.

IPAF Training Course

Here is a breakdown of the course, so you know exactly how the day will be covered:

• · Morning Session: Capabilities of work platform, emergency procedures, hazards and operators responsibilities.
• · Questionnaire.
• · Lunch: Included in the course cost.
• · Afternoon Session: Pre use inspection, safety checks, operator familiarisation, verbal questioning and operator practice.
• · Assessment on each category. Log book completition and a final summary. of the course content. We even take your photographs for your PAL Card.

Successful candidates will be issued with an IPAF training PAL Card within 5 working days.
